After taking for a week, I noticed that I don't feel sleepy and was able to concentrate on my tasks for longer hours. Also, seems to be okay to my stomach as some supplements I've tried made my stomach ache or acidic.
Quality High the ingredients 2 Capsules are sufficient and the size of capsule is averahe and according to the dosage 2 capsules 1 hour before tough work is efficient and the benefit is great and the taste is not harm but the noticible thing is great concentration with a little bit tremor.

Sometimes when you take supplements it's difficult to really tell if they working as advertised, possibly due to a steady, slow increase in benefits. After using this for quite a while and then missing a few weeks, I noticed a definite difference I could only attribute to lack of use since nothing else changed. Once I restarted, I felt better! More grounded, less "flighty". I won't interrupt using this again.
It’s difficult to notice the effect. What I didn’t like is that you need to take minimum 4 pills per day, so this pack is for only 2 weeks…
This has really helped me to be more productive and to recall things much faster. I feel more focused and can tell the difference if I miss taking it for a couple of days.
