Liposomal Melatonin, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

I have been using Allergy Research Group’s quality melatonin on and off for about 7 years now with good results as they use the branded Quicksilver liposomal ingredient delivery system which gets the melatonin into your system fast sand sustained for longer and deeper sleep benefit for me. However the key issue I have to do is get better sleep hygiene so now I’ve slowly tapered off melatonin and focusing on less screen time 1 hour before bed, less eating and try to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Size is ok but I tend to take a higher dosage at 5-10mg so only lasts about 15-20 days at about 150 serving of 1mg per pump. Taste is ok being a little sweet but used to it by now.

it's not cheap. I wish it was! but I've tried so many different melatonin supplements, and this is the only one we have found that actually works for my AuDHD kiddos. one kiddo is now only on this 1. Just 1 or 2 squirts is enough most nights. no more extended release or strong doses. child's choice as well, so I'm thrilled. this child doesn't like the taste but will still choose this over the higher dose flavoured gummies they had been using alongside other ER melatonin (the gummies, which they admitted after months, that they didn't work but wasted good!) 2 friends also use this, and it works for adults and kids in their homes. (no adult has tried in this home, so I can't personally vouch for it). I have to be honest that I know nothing about the quality or ingredients, just that it works so well. just wish that it was cheaper!

Excellent product. I have used this melatonin, almost every night, for the last decade. No dependency, and also still works great with continued use. Prior to this product, I would find the expected outcome of helping me fall asleep would not happen after the second night. This melatonin is the best I've used; hence, why I have used it for the last decade. I also like that it is in a pump, so I can alter my dose.

The first couple of liposomal melatonin that I tried were very strongly flavoured, to the point where my son felt nauseous after use. This unflavoured pump pack helps him get to sleep easily, and is so easy to administer.

Best Melatonin supplement I have found and quick to access sleep!

I use one pump before bedtime and I feel that I sleep better and fall asleep more easily. I also like that it’s in liquid liposomal form – it absorbs quickly and is convenient to take. The taste is mild and pleasant, and I wake up feeling more rested without any grogginess in the morning.
