I take it on an empty stomach in the morning 2 capsules and keep my blood pressure under control, even if I have to face a stressful day. I never wanted to take traditional medicine for blood pressure. If necessary, I reinforce with coenzyme Q10 and taurine

Blood pressure so very tough to conquer. I do rely on the Life Seasons BP stability. Sometimes I use at night other times in morning. I can follow results and adjust what is needed.
