I have back issues and this is the best over the counter medicine you can use. I’m 33 and this is the most effective medicine for my back pain while I’m working with kids. You get a lot for the price, so the value is comparable to what you’d get in the US where I’m from. I always feel better after taking this, it’s the perfect mix of Tylenol and Advil. Advil Dual Action with Acetaminophen is actually a pretty strong over-the-counter pain reliever, and for me, it works better than taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen alone. But it’s also a product where dosage safety matters a lot.
