I had this recommended to me , absolutely brilliant solid sleep had and even if i do wake up in the night when i get up in the morning i feel completely rested ! I recommend to anyone in menopause or peri , or even just to get that feeling of complete rest .
I love what this magnesium does for my leg muscles during my bike rides. I stopped using it for a few weeks and noticed my legs burned and hurt during my rides, which made me slow down quite a bit. I've tried every flavor of the ionic fizz magnesium drinks. The raspberry lemonade is my favorite. It's the best with room temp water because it gives the right amount of carbonation that makes the drink more enjoyable. I'm not usually a fan of stevia, but these are really good.
