Organic Adzuki Beans, 20 oz (567 g)

These are terribly difficult to find. So glad you have them, I bought 2 bags. These beans have a great texture (don't get mushy), flavor and high in fiber. I use them in soups, salads and bowls. Or as a substitute for rice with sauteed veg on top. Yummy.

I got this to grind down and use as a natural exfoliant for homemade scrubs. The quality seems good and the size of the beans is pretty easy to work with. Can’t say much about the taste as I don’t use this in my recedes but it reminds me of kidney beans.

I used these in a cilantro brown rice pilav and they were very nutty and held their shape beautifully.

These are really delicious beans and are very good quality. They cook up really nicely. No hard ones at all if you soak them overnight first. Will order again!

I was a little concerned there are 3 countries of origin. I wish it was a bit more transparent but the beans themselves are a good quality

I am going to try sprouting these beans. They are good soaked and cooked as well.

I'm impressed with Bergin Company. Their products are always quality! We made the adzuki beans into a paste and it was great!

These beans are packaged nicely and clean but still will need to be washed I ordered all the beans from iherb and am very happy with them all
