Can’t live without guarana! It really is a desert island product- & I don’t need to take paracetamol (tylenol) for headaches anymore… I pop a couple of these & they’re gone in 1/2 an hour. Honestly, it is pointless for me as an energy source when no physical activity is planned. When I have no energy, I drink 3 capsules and then start doing something, then the drowsiness and fatigue go away in half an hour. But when I drink and start studying, it does absolutely nothing. In general, it helps me a lot - only with physical activity. This is my experience, I've been drinking for a year. Also I don't have heart palpitations, anxiety, high blood pressure from this product. I've bought it 3 times it and I recommend.
The quality of the product is quite high, dosage is moderate, not too much not too little. Gives a great benefit if you want to pull through the day and don't have time to prepare coffee. The size is incredible for its price. I didn't notice any taste.
