I found this psyllium husk easy to mix with water and reasonably easy to drink. After taking it regularly, my bowel regularity and constipation improved somewhat, although the results were modest rather than significant. I also experienced some bloating and gas while using it. Tried capsules as they’re easy to include fiber in diet meals. Now trying just the husk.

Good quality simple ingredients high fiber !I have no longer constipation friendly for the gut ! I want also to see if it drops cholesterol! Don’t overdo it because it can create gas

I have been prescribed Metamucil for gut health and IBS, but it has too much sugar, and I won’t do sugar substitutes. This product has no additives. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that it is hard to dissolve.

Generally, I use ground psyllium husk, but I could not find it in this brand. I would like to have the option to buy the powder in the Nutricost brand or to find the Now brand in a container like the one used for this product.
