a one daily mulit vit, not with crazy daily recommended values but all in the normal range, i like this brand i would like to see a larger packaging though
This is a good men's multivitamin. it's a little high price-wise, but overall it has very high quality ingredients for a daily supplement. I would say potency-wise it is pretty standard. The size is on the small side for how many you get for the price, but maybe that won't put everyone off. it is after all a more high quality vitamin.
Nordic Naturals is a brand I genuinely trust, but after using this multivitamin for a short period I didn't notice any particular effect. I've since switched to taking specific individual supplements which I find more effective for my needs. The product itself is well-made, just not the right approach for me.

Probably the highest quality multivitamins on the market. It has the cleanest ingredients with their highest bioavailability form and in mostly great dosages (some ingredients could have higher dosage, especially maybe iron, but taken enough time, even with bad diet, the outcome for healthy adults will probably be great in almost every case). Probably the only ingredient missing is phosphorus, but that is not an issue in most cases. This product's size is enough for 1 month, so I would suggest taking this product's other size packaging named "extra strength" that has double the size package enough for 2 months. On the official website it says that this second package is intended for double the usual dosage, which I think may be reasonable to be done in certain circumstances (I think about trying it in the near future).

I bought this for my boyfriend, he is taking 2 month already, taking 1 capsule daily, package is easy to open, for effects need to wait at least 3 month , has no taste, small size , multi ingredient and Nordic Natural’s is a good quality brand .
Only 30 tablets. I'm just picking them up. I didn't notice anything special. Multivitamins are supposed to alternate. I will try others next time, iHerb has a wide selection. I take away the star for the price of only thirty tablets.
