The package and capsule size is not too big. Dosage, I took 2 capsules 2 hours after meal when I dont feel well in my tummy. It benefits in reducing and flushing out unwanted toxins. The quality is good, ingredient is good and clean (just chacoal). Taste nothing to me. Overall, i am satisfied
