Note that this version has no iodine which may be suitable for people with thyroid issues, but if you want iodine, look for the Men's or Women's versions. Overall, Emerald Lab seems to be a good brand so I'm getting more products from them.

It's easy to swallow, follows the 1-a-day principle (which many other brands will have you take 3 a day, hence reducing total quantity and size of portions).
