I take alot of Emerald supplements. Most of them I am happy with. But this one, I think it needs work. It contains Ubiquinone, which is not the best bio-available form of CoQ10. That would be Ubiquinol. It does have about 266% RDA of Vitamin E in the d-alpha-tocopherol form, which is the natural form. Like all Emerald supplements, it contains no fillers.
Product came as described. I like it. Size is good.
I love this high quality brand, no fillers, excipients, artificial colours, etc. Unlike most other supplements, the capsules the ingredients contain only nutrients and nothing else. I highly recommend them

I bought this because Mercola recently quoted some new research which showed that CoQ10 was actually better absorbed in the body (or some similar reason, can't remember exactly now, but it convinced me at the time!) than Ubiquinol. So I always get CoQ10 now. As I wanted vitamin E, I got this version. And although the E does not seem to be in a lipid form, I presume it is effective. I especially like Emerald as their supplements are clean.

I have been taking this coenzyme Q10 for the second month and have noticed an improvement in my energy and general well-being. The capsules are easy to swallow, there are no side effects. I really liked that it is a herbal formula without unnecessary additives. I am satisfied and plan to order more. I recommend it!
A quality brand that I like. Bought it thinking thje ingredient was ubiquinol. Stii using it, because read that the ubiquinone form is of benefit as well.
