I've always had a pretty painful and hormone crazy period cycle. My doctor suggested I could have an estrogen overload, since I don't do well whenever I try hormone contraceptives, and recommended this blend for me to try. I have never feel better -- not only my pain but also my humor and my body were regulated. It has a weird scent, but that's due to one of the active principles present on the supplement, and you'll quickly get used to it. I really enjoyed it and will surely buy again in a couple more months.

Only just started taking these. But I did a whole lot of research before I committed to this brand, with these ingredients. Education wise - they are exactly what I need to help reduce my estrogen dominance but only time will tell if they work or not. I know most protocols take 12-16 weeks to see results and cell turnover so wish me luck that I fix my issues. I will continue to buy.

I needed DIM supplement to regulate my rampaging perimenopausal estrogen. this seemed sxcellent since it provided several other useful ingredients, like magnesium. I like that it's vegan. What I don't like is buying a bottle a month. I would appreciate at least double amount of pills in a bottle.

Yes! A great quality supplement that offers the benefit of BOTH DIM and IC3 ingredients in one, rather than two supplements which seems to be a rare thing here in Europe. No taste or aftertaste. My only wish is that this was also offered in larger pack size I'm back to order this again - which tells you I am a fan, and it is out of stock which doesn't surprise me as it is great!

I really like the quality and formula for this supplement. I think the ingredients are really good. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my period and my ability to detox estrogen from my body. I am definitely benefiting from this specific supplement, and I will continue to use an estrogen, detoxing formula.

Personally, it works well for me in relieving the symptoms of hyperestrogenism, namely swelling, breast pain, and bloating. It's a shame it's expensive.

This product has made a huge difference in my health. I feel so much better. It helps me stay regular. The pills do have a bad smell however it is easy to take just 2 a day. I have noticed smoother menstrual cycles, less PMS and cramps.

The formula seems powerful for estrogen and liver detox. I take it for over two weeks, it is a little early to say I noticed any impact. The tablets are medium-large but easy to consume. I will revert in this review with more updates after a while.
