I am a big fan of Supernutrition because of the quality and integrity of their products. The ingredients in this formula are a nice blend of vitamins, trace minerals and herbs that cover a wide range to assist in sugar balance. As for size, I find it okay. I have a difficult time with pills so always look for capsules or small tablets. This is as big as I'd go for a capsule. The dosage is three daily, but I don't always take three. If I am fasting that day, or only eating greens I forgo this and if I am cheating with birthday cake I add an extra one. I split the dose between lunch and dinner. I just got my A1C back and I am still maintaining where I was last year. And that's after a two week sugar binge! One thing I always like to remind people is that we are all biochemically different. What may work on me may not work for you. And, after many months the same product may not be as effective. That does not mean a product is not good. It means your body needs something else.
