The vitamins' ingredients were the reason I chose this brand. I’ve been taking them daily for some time now, and I’ve seen improvements with my energy.
Though the ingredients look like they are good for women, I really didn’t like the taste of it. I finished the product because they are quite pricey but really didn’t enjoy these supplements.
Love this multivitamin. I bought this for my wife to prevent her from having even deficiencies. but do to the quality ingredients in this product and the potency of the ingredients, it's my go-to from a wife from now on. it has multiple herbs that contains antioxidants. the size of the pills too bad. I'll recommend this product to any woman over the age of 18 because it's effective when you take it daily. need package and no taste
I am 62 with ageing issues with low energy level and decided to try this one as I liked the description without much expectation. I never really studied ingredients . Somehow aftee few weeks i realized i no longer so tired and my energy level became quite acceptable level. Very happy with purchase.
Size of tablet is alright , smell is strong but bearable. I am not sure if it’s helping but no side effect. My urine is yellow when I take it . After 4 months no period , now I have it again. Not sure if it’s due to this tablet.
I've been taking quite a few different vitamins & minerals for many years but find taking these it's much better on the pocket and also way more convenient.
I like total list of vitamins and minerals included in this supplement, no unnecessary ingredients. However, I probably won't purchase them again because I can't get over the strong smell they have
The product has a bad after taste , but is you are ok with is then i would recommend it, if not? Then dont. I have taken it daily but i dont see any effect on me.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for about two months and there is a noticeable improvement in my cognitive function. I’ve also had a significant increase in hair growth and energy. I’m mid-late 40’s and have been struggling with perimenopause symptoms that have made doing day to day tasks difficult. These vitamins have me feeling like myself again and I’m so happy I stumbled upon them. I use the whole body cleanse from the manufacture of these vitamins (which is a great product) so I decided to try the women’s vitamins. I take two a day even though it says three and they are still very effective! I previously took Rainbow lite Women’s one for reference.
