Without fail every morning, I take one of these vitamin B 12 lozenges. I noticed a significant difference on the days that I do not take it in my energy levels and my willingness to do things. The packaging is great as it keeps the product fresh. The size a small enough to fit under your tongue as a dissolves and this is high potency scientifically recommend one a day.
I've been using these for 3 weeks now, one under my tongue for better absorption per day.
