I usually order another brand but they changed the ingredients and added some vitamin b6 which i have to avoid. This product does the job but is a bit too sweet for me. I add a lot of water and it s ok
its the best amino with the best eaa amount at 10g and includes extra l carnitine and hydration which is very recommended intra workouts
I used to get it about 10 years ago when brand just started to appear. Remembered about this aminos and ordered again - very good. Well-balanced flavor (cherry-limeade), good composition. I can't say that this will improve your training much but if it's hard for you to drink much of a plain water during training this could really save you
