Unfortunately the Tea did not work for me. As someone with low blood pressure, my heart beats fast after drinking tea. The digestion part is effective (as discribed) but I do not like the way my heart beats and the heavy feeling around it. I have to discontinue using it.
I discovered this tea at a health food store. Bell Lifestyle Products was founded by a man whose health issues had been turned around as he utilized herbs, and he found joy in seeing many others health helped through the quality products he developed. This tea helps digestive function. It has a mild, pleasant taste and I enjoy drinking it hot with my evening meal. I have found my sleep is better when I digest better. I recommend this product and I'm happy that iHerb carries it!

This is basically an herbal mix of ginger, fenugreek and something else mild that seems like chamomile. The bags are not individually wrapped but come in one plastic bag holder for all. It does not brew with a strong taste-- much more mild, but fine.

Not bad. Aids digestion after a heavy meal. Clean ingredients. But the taste is bit weak.
