this product is some of the best stuff you can take for your body. if you are going through SEVERE stressful events it won't work as well as you need to remove the stress but it's so nourishing for the body. especially if you are fatigued auto immediately disease or have any other illnesses related to adrenal fatigue/burn out. it's expensive but worth it. if you have symptoms of flushing or tiredness with this product it is also a good sign. it means the body is coming back into balance and eventually you will get used to it.

I used to get the powder container version but this is exactly the same just in packets. It’s easier to take as it’s grab and go, can take anywhere. The quality is good and the ingredients are clean and/or Whole Foods. The taste isn’t too bad, might be a little too tangy/salty but you get used to it

I like this wholefood vitamin C with pot bicarbonate and sea salt. I had been looking for a well balanced adrenal combination for improved adrenal performance. The taste is alright with water. The scoop provided makes it easy to measure n mix. It didnt cause any stomach discomfort and strengthens my immunity.

If you have issues with hydration I'd highly recommend trying this. I'll be honest, it doesn't taste great but I either add it to water with a bit of juice or I normally add it to my coconut water for extra electrolytes. I now prefer the taste of coconut water with this added. I was stoked to find the individual packets on iherb just in time for summer travel!
