The best protein I've tried contains casein protein. It nourishes muscles all day long, and the best time to take it is before bed, especially if you've worked out that same day. I enjoyed this product, good taste but not my favorite. It mixes very well, which I appreciate not getting clumps. I drink these after my runs and workouts, I would get it again if it is on sale. Quality wise it seems to get the job done. 4 stars overall.
