I’ve been taking them for about a week and all I can say that it may gave me a bit of gastric issues bloating but not really sure as I’m taking another supplement at the same time.
Benefits are very noticeable, after ashtanga yoga training I do feel the difference in muscle pain the next day, tasteless, size is great, I use it at full, 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon (gives energy boos)
