This is a high quality product made from organic barley grass as the only ingredient. I like to mix it together with other superfoods greens powder into fresh green apple juice, and it really improves the taste of my blend. My first time take barley grass powder, good packaging. I just mix it with room temperature water, the taste is a bit strange but it's fine, coz its good for health so let see if there's improvement after weeks taking barley.
Good quality product. It smells a little odd but not in a bad way. Supposedly a superfood, which we need now that our food quality is usually not super. I take this one in a smoothie, in combination with other ingredients as a heavy metal detox. Ran out now, but will repeat the detox after a while since our environment is not exactly clean and there's no avoiding ingesting or inhaling or whatever-ing heavy metals, plastics and other things that shouldn't be in your body.
