vitamin D is a part of my vitamin regiment for I have Multiple Sclerosis. this is a quality product with good ingredients that help with nervous system & mood and also Pain ! if you don't get enough Sun, this is a must. Vit D is very good for the immune system and our bones.
I have a chronic Vitamin D deficiency because I don't go in the sun much. I normally take a prescription strength capsule once a week, but I supplement it with the extra 2000 iu. My D level was the lowest the doctor had ever seen since practicing, but since taking the supplements, I'm finally in a normal range! I really like the packaging on this bottle..I just think it's pretty. :)

I bought D3 and K2 separately so I can choose better quality products. I've got calcium from this brand too. Combine these with magnesium and boron then good enough for my bones.
