i love this lip liner, the colour is so beautiful and it looks amazing but it is not even close to being waterproof or smudge proof and i dont know why. if i even tap it or eat anything, it comes off immediately and looks patchy. i would love this so much if it was just waterproof and smudgeproof as advertised
