This is the higher strength of Saffron that i could find on the market. I am a big fan of Saffron because it really helps with depression.

I’ve been using this 100 mg Saffron Extract and truly enjoy it. Trying to help my son with his anxiety and moods, his provider told us to give him one of these each morning, I don't see a huge difference as of yet, but he's pretty impervious to everything, so I'm not giving up yet.
