I take these every other day with a fattier meal (keto) with a strong D3, HMB, Omega 3 and Omega 7. DHEA needs quality fats to build beneficial hormones that oppose estrogen dominance (including cortisol). Especially right after a work out. You could also combine this with creatine. I use this supplement to build testosterone, support healthy muscle mass as I age and oppose any excess estrogens in my system.
