ingredients are fine but tastes average, small size bcaa package, don't feel any benefit during fitness or workout.

I really liked the flavor of this BCAA — the pomegranate watermelon combo is refreshing and not too sweet. It mixes well at first and is easy to drink during workouts. I also felt it helped with recovery and hydration. Unfortunately, the powder dries out and clumps up quickly even though I kept the lid tightly closed. It becomes hard to scoop and doesn’t dissolve as smoothly after that, which was disappointing. Overall, great formula and results, but I hope they improve the packaging or texture stability in the future.

Very good value and good, clean ingredients, however i would disagree with the taste, i could not detect any pomegranate or watermelon, just taste like melon (like cantaloupe, not watermelon) i am disappointed because the taste is not my favourite, not sure how the other flavours are.
