This is the best omega I’ve ever taken. I was prescribed fish oil pills by my doctor. The pharmacy brand was hard to take, and I had the repeat burping of fish oil. Yuck! Not only does this pill avoid that aftertaste but it’s found to be good to lower my cholesterol. I take a low-dose medication +2 of these a day. Twice I’ve had blood tests that show my cholesterol and triglycerides became normal in a six month trial. Everyone is different, of course, but I found this to be quite remarkable.
