I use this as a finished oil for my meals, since the taste is neutral. The consistency is what I expect a cold pressed oil in glass to be, more viscous, deeper in color. I keep this in rotation.

Fresh and delicious. Dark green color, nutty flavor, as it should be. Store in the fridge, as it oxidizes more easily than some oils, because of the omegas. The bottle pours cleanly and doesn't drip down the side, unlike SO MANY bottles, which I really appreciate. Bottle is glass, which is healthier.
I love this Oil!!! The taste is great!!! It’s great for Sautéing!!! It’s NonGMO!!! It’s listed as one ingredient only!!! It’s packaged in GLASS!!! My only disappointment is that the glass bottle is only available in 16 ounces 😩 I highly recommend this Oil for the healthy and anyone who may suffer with Diabetes or Heart issues!!!
