I added this to a powdered mushroom mix to add to any soup, pasta salad, casserole or whatever savory dish I'm cooking up. I had heard that mushrooms and dandelion root is very healthy. That I can't comment on as an expert or anything, but it can't hurt right? And this is a lot easier than cultivating and drying out the dandelion roots myself.
Good quality supplement, it is nicely ground and fresh. Dandelion root is well known for its numerous health benefits. The powder form enables me to adjust the dosage depending on my needs, it is also more economical than pills.
The quality is good. Its foil packaging protects from light and heat. I find it very convenient to just scoop a spoonful to add to my coffee or to simply make tea on its own.
I took this as part of my prenatal supplement regimen to support liver health for me and baby and reduce likelihood of newborn jaundice, and it worked surprisingly well. Good stuff!
