Didn't like the taste
I can't tell you about any health benefits of this tea because I didn't like the taste at all and didn't end up drinking much of it. I usually like herbal tea but this was way too strong and tasted almost dusty. I'm sure it's good for you though! Just not taste good.

The color of the tea is a light greenish yellow color and the scent is pleasant and light. For one serving, the flavor of the tea will be light. Two tea bags will work better. I do not like to gave to double the tea bagscwhich has me thinking this company put very little of each ingredient, which is cheating. I bought this tea for the health benefits. Since each ingredient is so few, I am considering to make the tea blend myself. I will not repurchase. Try the tea to get an idea of how light in taste, in scent and in color it is. The tea bags can only be brewed once, even if you use two. I havent noticed any bodily improvements like less pain or stiffness. It has now been about a week since drinking.
