This is my second container and I am taking it more frequently after the first one as an experiment. It can be used for thickening of your hot evening drink when you do not want to take solid food late during the day. I could feel the natural cleansing effect of it without the bad kick that could happen to you as long as you stick to the right spoonful of it.
Although it took a long time to get here (overseas - shame it's not available in the UK), I am happy with the product. Helps with histamine issues (MCAS).
My doula advices me this cactus for lowering blood sugar. Seems like a decent price option (on 24% sale) + should be organic on top of all. Having big hopes.

I have been using the cactus powder for a short time but results seem positive when mixed with another product for gut health. It is a tart flavor but not unpleasant.

Nicely packed, it is of good quality & fresh. Size is too huge, would be good if it comes in 100gram packaging. It is a little bitter, tasted great when mixed in yogurt, almond & black sesame paste as bread topping. It lowers my blood pressure. I used less than a flat teaspoon as my blood pressure is low.
Good quality. Single ingredient. Would buy again. Price is good also.
