Delivers 150 mg of calcium per capsule. Gentle on stomach can be taken with out food. As it is in malate form more absorbed than normal citrate form
I have no side effects in taking this product. I take it to top off my calcium requirements that I need that I don’t get from food. Would recommend.
Good formula. It’s nice that the dose is this size so I can take it with my AOR vegan bone which also only has 150mg calcium. I can take it at one or two more times during the day. I drink filtered water so it’s important I get enough minerals and this keeps my brain and the rest of my body healthy

This is not my usual brand but I wanted to try it. It is a combination of citrate and malate. It seems as good as just a straight citrate version and doesn’t bother my stomach.
Easy to swallow and the ingredients aren’t too bad for calcium
Very good brand, definitely worth a try when you want something that actually absorbs into your body and does the job effectively. Good clean ingredients list. Good price for the quality. Good forms of calcium - citrate and malate absorb well. Capsule size is medium, but you can easily break it and take it with your smoothie or yoghurt. Although, read more about how to take magnesium and calcium. I've read a lot of materials on calcium and magnesium and would therefore recommend to take calcium less than magnesium. Or if your body has high levels of magnesium then you can take magnesium and calcium in ratio 1:1. But, please, always do your own research! :)
