The product itself is okay. But the advertising on this is totally wrong and misleading. On the actual bottle, each serving is 3 capsules equal to 210mg magnesium. Whereas on product page it says 2 capsules equal to 420mg. Meaning amount in each capsule is less than advertised. Edit: They have now edited the listing with correct info.
This is the most profitable Magnesium Glycinate drug in terms of the ratio of price to dosage and number of capsules, of all the options that were available at the time of purchase! Therefore, I would recommend it to anyone who cares about price-quantity ratio. The parcel was well packed.

This is quite good product but I whish more amount in one tablet, it has only 210 so you have to complement it with some more other magnesium.

the quality is excellent in my view, the size of capsule is kind of big but acceptable ,the ingredients are clean and simple,the package received without issue,the taste of the capsule isnt bad, this form of magnesium can enhance the quality of you're sleep and benefit alot in relaxation of muscles and support joints health

I’m not sure about this one. I usually get the Metabolic Maintenance magnesium and I feel great on it. I bought this one when the other one was out of stock and it doesn’t give me the same feeling of well-being the other one does. I even increased the dose to four per day and nothing… Capsules are on a larger side and I find them difficult to swallow. I don’t think I will buy this one again. I tried other brands of magnesium glycinate and this is the only one that doesn’t do anything for my sleep or stress, so I’m not sure about its quality.
