Great product with great taste. I like the sublingual administration, and appreciate the low mg. not many companies create 1 mg dosage, which studies show benefits of micro-dosing melatonin for better sleep support and natural regulation.

I find that this 1.mg. sublingual lozenge helps take the edge off so that I can fall asleep quickly. Staying asleep? That's another issue, but the time release versions never worked for me and made me feel groggy in the morning.

I love Source Naturals melatonin more than any other brand I've tried, and I've tried many for my kids. We break the 1mg in half easily and split it between the two kids. They are sleepy within 10 minutes of taking it and fall asleep amazingly fast.

My favorite melatonin. It's a smaller dosage than you usually find in stores, but works just as well as higher dose products. I take it about an hour before bed and it kicks in very gently to help me to sleep through the night. The lozenge form is very pleasant and has a nice flavor to it.

I love that source naturals offers an orange flavor lozenge as opposed to only offering mint flavors. for those who can be sensitive to mint flavors especially certain types levels and profiles, mint flavors can be irritating. I get very severely nauseated to put it nicely when given certain peppermint flavors and most of the time the reaction escalates beyond nausea and if that reaction occurs I am at risk of aspiration and consequently pneumonia and so having more than 1 flavor can be of a great advantage. I also love that the orange flavor tastes decent and that the size of these lozenges are not too big either and I love that they are entirely sugar, aspartame, MSG, artificial color etc free as I am very sensitive. I also love that this dose comes in a size beyond 100 count. I am impressed with source naturals and their quality and ingredients that they used for this product has earned its 5 stars from me for a very good reason.

I track my sleep closely and if my REM sleep is off, or insufficient, the 1 mg. Melatonin lozenges from Source Naturals make it easy to increase my dosage, without overdoing it. Most melatonin is dosed too high. I know the ingredient quality is there because I can feel it, and my sleep tracker confirms its effects on my sleep architecture. Tastes is fine, perhaps imperceptible, given the tiny size, which I dissolve under my tongue.

I'm trying out this brand as I saw many good reviews. So far, it's living up to its claims. The tablets are very small and easy to dissolve. The taste is pleasant too. I didn't wake up feeling groggy, which is a good thing. Will buy again.
