So helpful during ketosis. It has a lot of taste and sweetness, but seems to be suitable during a keto diet. I use it in coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pretty much any warm drink.

It's a little too sweet for my taste, but I mix it with flavorless collagen and protein and it works out great! Sometimes I add it to my coffee instead of cream, it's a nice flavor too. It gives energy and a feeling of satiety. The quality of the product is solid, with a well-balanced MCT composition.
Meant to order same item but with name preceded by C8. Am taking multiple items to help with fatigue and inflammation so can't really say how much or if this product is helping. I do seem to have more energy but that could be due to other things taken or combination of one or more. Do your homework if considering taking.
I love this product. I put it in my coffee in my morning and wisk it with my electric wisker. Yummy!
