I use this as part of my home made electrolyte mix. It dissolves easily in water and leaves no gritty taste at all. I do not like most of sugary sports/electrolyte drinks out there, and decided to make my own mixture. Other than sea salt, potassium and magnesium in my mixture, I use lime juice to add a flavour. Not the best tasting stuff, but helping me stay hydrated throughout the day.

Hello my English is not that good but hope you will understand. This is by far the best form of potassium. Citrate gives some dhiareea , bicarbonate is too alkaline . This one had no secondary effects on the body and is so energizing , gets absorbed so quickly . This is also a obe I grefient supplement . Clean and efficient . Also helps with kidney problems like stones. But gas to be combined with Magnesium and Sodium. Best combo for first part of the day. We are deficient in potassium as the RDA is high . So I take one teaspoon every morning. Package lasts for lots of months.
