Love the effects of this particular probiotic supplement. Gaserri and Reuteri are two strains that are usually not included in some probiotics. Thede not only benefit our gut microbiome by making digestion and absorption better, but it reduces the cholesterol, modulate adipocytes functionality, and thus maintain the body weight avoiding the fat accumulation of our bodies. I definitely recomme d this to anyone on a keto diet or anyone just wanting to get rid of constipation. Definitely quality probiotics and ingredients from this company. I just wish they had more than 30 capsules in each bottle because it so easy to finish.

Purchased to help with L-reuteri colonisation in the gut as learnt it can help some people with leaky gut, mood, weight loss and histamine problems. I cant say ive noticed much difference and Im not aware of the benefits of Gasseri . Im hoping that it has been doing some good to my gut microbiome.

After two weeks' consumption, previous bloating problem has been relieved. It does help digestion. My flat tummy has returned.
