I gave birth one year ago and since my period came back I turn into a Hormon driven monster. Taking this supplement helped me calm down in minutes. The only default thing is that it’s just a 20 day package and it’s honestly a bit too expensive gut me to buy each year days a new one so I try other options as well
I didn’t like the taste of this, but it wasn’t too horrible. I just took it in a shot glass of water so I swallowed it quickly. I never had crazy mood swings or depression and I think (I hope!) it was because I took this every day. I just wish the size was a little bigger to last through those first 6 weeks.
I used this as soon as I gave birth. It saved me from postpartum depression and baby blues. There was a huge difference in my mood and energy while taking this as opposed to my prior postpartum when I hadn't taken anything. The taste is okay and there are many benefits to a mother's health. The dosage only lasted for about 8 days since the size is only 2oz and you take 8 pumps twice a day so I would definitely buy at least 2 bottles right at the start. Other than that, this is definitely my go to in postpartum and would recommend to everyone!

Personally, I feel that it didn’t work for me after birth. I didn’t feel any difference, or too minimal to write that it was good enough for the price I paid. 90% of the bottle I left untouched and will not use.
