I love a sample pack - love trying new things. I don’t think there are about for me to really get an idea how well they work. I have sentive skin and one of them did irritate my arm- fine on my ankle).
not sure if these do anything.. used it many times. but not sure if it has any effect.
Loved the idea of these patches, but not sure if they actually work. Easy to use and convenient, but results weren’t noticeable for me.
tried these on a whim and the quality is great! no residue afterwards and they are lightly shaded so I don't forget where I put them! perfect size and just strong enough to be self-noticeable. this multi pack make it easy to try a few out before making a commitment.

Loved this as a way to try out some popular Friendly Patch supplements. The one I am going to keep using long term is clarity... gives me a good boost every morning, actually start using it instead of my ADHD meds.
I wore one of the immunity stickers on a flight and I think it did help me from getting sick. However, the sticky part lasted another week after removing the sticker.
Really like rhe sleep patches and decided to try the others. happy to report they are just as great!
