these knocked me out! I bought these for a long flight and within 30 mins I was asleep. I saw a noticeable difference when using. now I keep them on hand on nights I can't sleep.

Used it one night when I could not sleep. Seemed to have worked by me falling asleep. Easy to use as a patch, no strong fragrance. Package was sent well packed and within promised time. Would be easy to take on travels. Did not seen any untoward side effects the next day. Did not show any interference with other vitamins or meds. I will like to know if there are stronger doses per patch.

I’m so excited to try this tonight! I’ve always wanted to try sleep patches and I like all the ingredients, although the melatonin is questionable. It’s cool how you can use more than one at a time & it seems like a pretty good amount for the price. The packaging is really nice & seems like a great quality product. I also like how it’s made in the USA. I hope it benefits me since I’ve suffered from sleep problems my whole life!!
One day I couldn’t sleep and I’ve put one on my wrist that I noticed said DISRUPT which I found quite odd since it supposed to help me go to sleep and I see that word. As soon as I stuck it I started feeling uncomfortable and waited an hour but nothing changed and I tried to remove it but the glue was very sticky and took me another hour to remove. It was very messy. Bad quality, didn’t feel the ingredients they mentioned. Never buying it again.

This patch really works. I put it on my wrist where the nerve is very much noticeable 30 minutes before my bed time. After 39 minutes I feel sleepy and I only woke up to pee once. Very effective patch.
