I’ve been really impressed with this whey protein. It mixes smoothly with both water and milk, has a great taste without being overly sweet, and doesn’t leave any clumps. It helps me easily reach my daily protein goals and keeps me full after workouts. I’ve noticed good recovery after training, and it doesn’t upset my stomach. Great quality for the price—I would definitely buy it again
i have tried this product two times, its ingredients quality acceptable but the taste not my favorite to be fair, i add it as snack to my diet system and we can say it gave the benefit it needs, this package size wasn't enough as i finished before the end of one month.

This mixes well and has absolutely no chalky, protein taste. I don't get "fudge brownie" out of it...more of a light chocolate milk taste. I have been mixing it with Oatmeal Chocolate Chip for a twist on the flavor
The three things I'm looking for in a protein powder are taste, digestibility, and how well it dissolves. MRE Lite delivers on all three. No graininess, very little clumping in a shaker bottle, no digestive distress, and fudge brownie is pretty decadent when you're otherwise dieting. Good stuff.
