the quality of this ingredients is above and beyond. I take 4 capsules a day. I have a high tolerance for caffeine and I say 4 capsules is enough. they say take 4 daily 1 to 2x/day. once is enough and I split it in half. 2 capsules for weight lifting & 2 capsules for my cardio class.

I drink it half an hour before training, I feel more energetic during training and can even lift a few more pounds than usual, I feel a good pump, it's still too early to tell for weight loss, when I drink the whole box, we'll see the results, I'm mostly satisfied for now, the only thing could be a little cheaper

The Quality isn't bad but it isn't really good either. I've noticed getting headaches and dizziness during training and shortly after it. Because of these side effects I won't recommend the product.
