I love this.. it's pure heme iron for me cause I don't like to eat a lot of meat and have anemia. I am hoping that it will make my iron levels rise eventually. Doesn't have any taste, normal size and easy to swallow

Beef liver is considered a natural multivitamin. at the beginning of my carnivore diet, i didn't like to eat livers in general so I took this. Now I like to eat chicken livers. beef livers have a strange consistency that I still don't like much. so when I don't eat any chicken liver, I take this.
