I bought the 10 pack at first cause I was skeptical. They def help you sleep. I stopped nicotine and weed and this helped me get rest during withdrawal. I have ordered twice. I only take 1 a couple hours before bed. They also ship fast. Usually receive in a couple days.

This item has quite a great quality and results for an herbal product, although it has same ingredients as one of my other supplements, it really acts fast, giving a sleepiness, and I'm guessing it's because it's a tincture, and not a dry extract from plants. I read some people even puncture the soft gel capsules to mix de tincture with water, but I've only used as the manufacturer recommends, swallowing the capsule. Wich is soft, great size and easy to be swollen since is soft, and leaves no taste behind. Felt like really "deep sleep" benefits, but takes kinda of a week using by the clock to feel like it's regulating circadian circle. Negative points is, bit pricey for 60 capsules of a not so effective supplement, as melatonin is far more effective. But it's a great complimentary for melato when you are trying to withdraw big pharma sleeping pills. Hope my comment makes sense for you, let us all sleep properly :) Addendum: Pregnant women should stay away (see photos). I advise real care with both children or the elderly, or even non continual use to full grown adults, since some herbs could be typically harmful on the liver. For me it was an SOS for medical withdrawal that WORKED!

Herbs, Etc. is a great brand for herbal products. The Deep Sleep works well but you do have to use it for a few nights before you start getting the full effect. Once it kicks in, you sleep like a baby with wonderful dreams. Herbs, Etc. also makes a Stress Releaf (not a typo)which is great for using during the day when you are really stressed out.

One of the best sleep supplements I have ever used. I am a very light sleeper and suffer from chronic pain. If I'm in trouble I will use this to get some decent sleep. If money was no object and I didn't want to get too used to using a sleep aid I would use it every night.

These are my favorite sleeping supplements. When I take them I feel rested without any negative side effects. I like that they consist of natural quality ingredients. I definitely have improved sleep.They definitely have been beneficial. I am going to reorder. They have no taste, the gel capsule is a nice easy to swallow size. They do not have sugar. They do not hurt my stomach or cause any negative reactions.

Just tried, it's fine to take one before sleep at night, not easy to wake up in mid-night. Apply when needed, especially for travellers.

I don’t know what it is that recently I have been having Lits of dreams and no deep sleep at night, sometimes wakes up a couple times or more in the night. Tried this supplement and it helped me sleep more soundly without too many dreams and waking up.
