The package is very large. The tablets are easy to swallow. On the first day, I took two tablets at once and couldn't sleep that night due to the amount of energy. On the second day, I took one tablet and slept great. Now I alternate 2-1-2-1. I feel good, calm, and have a lot of energy.
one of the best multis on iherb was california gold nutrition keto daily but they discontinued it for some reason. this is a decent alternative but if comparing both this one is still inferior. no idea why iherb discontinued one of the best multis.
Super product, quality, ingredients, dosage, composition are excellent. The benefits are noticeable. The packaging is large and lasts a long time. The taste is neutral. The results are excellent. I recommend it to everyone. It's a very good supplement. I highly recommend it.
Quality is super! The ingredients are great! Size arranged! What you need! Performance is felt! the product arranged, perfectly packed, the effect is definitely there! I will order more! Just as quickly delivered
I feel like it’s all natural. Easy to take. I take 2 after morning meal daily. I probably will repurchase.
Super Nutrition women's multivitamin is a good quality product for reasonable price,
this stuff is the best! the quality and quantity are unmatched! iherb beans power!
Good quality ingredients. Daily vitamin package with strong efffect and potency.
Overall it's a decent, GMP-certified multivitamin — but the formula feels overloaded. More than half the capsule is an herbal blend that has very little solid evidence behind it. If I were judging it purely as a multivitamin, I'd give it a 3/5. But I'm not a monster: the attempt to make up for the weak vitamin base with plant complexes, plus the generous package size, earns an extra point in my book. So 3 + 1 = 4/5. Personally, I still prefer the multivitamins from 21st street
Super nutrition super blend for womens. I bought it for my girlfriend
