Berberine Advanced, Berbevis Phytosome, 550 mg, 60 Veggie Capsules

This is my first time trying this new version of Berberine and I’m glad iHerb’s very own California Gold Nutrition brand offers it. Especially since there are no questionable fillers or additives. As usual California Gold Nutrition has high quality ingredients at an affordable price, size, dosage and potency. For me just like the dihydroberine this is also kinder to my stomach than Berberine HCI. My stomach just doesn’t handle straight/regular Berberine well at all and it’s almost unbearable. However this Berbevis/Phytosome version is supposed to have the most bioavailability so I’m excited to see the full results once I finish the bottle.

I have been taking berberine for over a year now. I finally bought berberine in the form of phytosomes because it has a high absorption rate. at a good price because of the big discount. The size of the tablet is not difficult to swallow. I think I can eat it with confidence. The quality is verified, so I plan to continue using this product in the future. I take it to control my blood sugar and get rid of candida.

I'm amazed by the results it has improved my vvvvvv slow metabolism alongside was taking cinnamon with chromium .my bottle will end in few days and I took 2 per day and now I'll buy again . still waiting to.lose weight i have very stubborn weight as a pcos

looks like the dosage or the ingredients in the pill is not enough, i don't have the same results that i used to taking berberine of other brands. They are tasteless and easy to use but probably it will make sense to use double dosage so not sure about the quality.

I take one capsule twice a day with meals. The capsules are easy to swallow. This Berberine phytosome formulation does not cause me to suffer from bloating or stomach discomfort as compared to other Berberine.

Good quality. Medium size pill. It has a little herb taste but easy to swallow. Chose this brand for the Phytosome for better absorption to maximize benefit.

I think my reduced appetite is the result of this product, which I really like. I like this product.
