I was searching for a good form of magnesium and decided to try this brand. Glycinate and malate are both good absorption forms, so that was a huge plus. Also, the ingredients list is good. And the amount of magnesium you get from one dose. Nice, good product. Clean. Capsule size is medium to my mind, but you can easily break it and take it with your favourite smoothie or yoghurt :) Recommend!

This is a really good magnesium combo which dosnt upset the stomach because of the magnesium types specific. You get the benefits from both types in one capsule.
