I think this is a fine product, no issues so far. I don't take it everyday, otherwise I would get too much. I get regular blood tests to test my b12 levels. Doesn't make sense to take b vitamins without getting regular blood panel to test levels. Many doctors say that you don't just pee away excess b vitamins, they stay in tissues and can cause damage if too high. Hematologist will tell you something different than google search, etc. I don't want to much of anything, so I don't take everyday.
