Great quality resveratrol it’s knowm for antiaging benefits it’s been like 6months since i started taking it but there’s not a big improve in my skin but i feel like it boost my energy

This is a great resveratrol supplement. Just one capsule contains 600 mg of resveratrol. A serving is two per day, or 1200mg per day which my healthcare professional indicates is the amount one should take daily. Many resveratrol supplements do not contain nearly this much so it is great to find a supplement that does.

I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now , it is recommended that I should be taking 2 capsules , but I only take one because i wanted to get used to it , i take this at bed time along with other supplements , and i think it is helping my body , will continue using it and see what happens , as it is still too early to say much on it.
